Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the service price.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to treatments. Premium Spa Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of service.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
Premium Spa Salon is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged on our premises. Clients use our facilities and services at their own risk.
